Is it possible to have only read access to Scheduling & Routing tab in Spotfire Server Admin UI?

Is it possible to give access exclusively to the tab "Scheduling & Routing" in Spotfire Admin UI with only permission to read? An example of use could be a team working in Development environment that would like to monitor execution times for Scheduled Updates in Production, but doing so without any risk of changing any settings. It is possible to give access exclusively to the tab "Scheduling & Routing" in Spotfire Server Admin UI, however this will also give permission to the user to edit and create new rules and schedules. Same goes for "Monitoring & Diagnostics" - it is possible to give a user access to only this tab in Spotfire Server Admin UI - this will however also include the rights to change log levels etc.
