Solution:

Automation Service job fails to export the item from library.
Below error is returned in the AutomationService Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.xxx.log file

automationservices@SPOTFIRESYSTEM;TsasUserSession;Spotfire.Dxp.Automation.Tasks.Tasks.ExportLibraryTask;"Spotfire.Dxp.Framework.Library.LibraryException: Unauthorized ---> Spotfire.Dxp.Services.Library.LibraryServiceException: Unauthorized ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeaderException: Unauthorized
============= The user performing the export should be a Library Administrator. Based on the above error the automationservices@SPOTFIRESYSTEM should be a Library Adminsitrator
