TIBCO Spotfire Business Author users fail to create an analysis with error "Attempt to create analysis without license".

TIBCO Spotfire Business Author users fail to create an analysis with error "Attempt to create analysis without license".

Though users may have 'TIBCO Spotfire Business Author' License enabled, they may still fail to create an analysis in the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player throwing the following error message in server.log:

TIBCO Spotfire Business Author license will allow users to create and edit analysis in the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player. However, if the user is not given "Open File" and "Open from Library" licenses under "TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player" then the above access issue is seen. Some license features under "TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player" are also needed for users running Spotfire Consumer or Spotfire Business Author.

Therefore, to resolve the issue make sure to enable features such as "Open File" and "Open From Library" under "TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player" license for all Business Author users. Doc: TIBCO Spotfire Business Author License
