User(s) may not able to move library items from source folder to destination folder when using TIBCO Spotfire Web Player

Problem:

Solution:

In Web Player, user(s) may not able to move library items from source folder to destination folder. Though they have "full control" access on both source and destination folders in Spotfire library.
When you select a library item from the source folder and click on 'Move' button to move it to the destination folder, you may get below error message in Web Player:

An error occurred while moving items.

User-added image - To move library items from source folder to destination folder in Web Player, user(s) needs to have 'TIBCO Spotfire Business Author' license along with 'Full Control' access on the source and destination folders.

- Ensure the user(s) who are facing this issue have 'TIBCO Spotfire Business Author' license enabled.
