"Missing data" error seen when viewing reports with map charts which use geocoding tables in the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player

Map charts are displayed properly in the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst client, but when they are viewed in the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player, the following error is seen:
This is because the user does not have sufficient privileges to the Geoanalytics folder in the TIBCO Spotfire library. To resolve, open the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst client with a user with Library Administrator license and open Tools > Library Administration. Select the "Geoanalytics" folder, and click "Edit..." next to "Permissions for Selected Folder" and give the user/group "Browse + Access" permissions instead of just "Access" Doc: What is Geocoding?
