Automation Services job executed on server fails with " The 'Salesforce.com' data connector is not available " error.

Problem:

Solution:

Opening an analysis file from library (that is based on Salesforce Data Connector) via Spotfire Automation services job(Execute on Server) may fail with the following error message:

Unavailable connector:
The 'Salesforce.com' data connector is not available.

Reason:
The Salesforce ODBC driver is not available.
----------------------- Make sure the Salesforce ODBC driver is installed on the Node Manager machine and the Node Manager service has been restarted after the driver installation..

Note: Starting from Spotfire version 7.14, no Salesforce driver installation is needed as it is a part of the installation media. Refer to the following System Requirements page for more information:
