Problem:
Automation Services tab in Monitoring and Diagnostics does not show correct time for Automation task executed
Solution:
On the Monitoring & Diagnostics page, we have 'Automation Services' tab which shows the entries of every automation task executed. (Failed, canceled..etc)
When we check the Start time or End time for a particular executed task, it looks like it shows incorrect time as it does not match with Server or Node Manager time.
The time it shows in the 'Automation Services' tab for every automation task executed, is the GMT time.
When you hover the cursor on the time you can see that it shows (GMT +/- your time zone). Refer the below image.
Also make sure the Spotfire Server machine and Node Manager Server machine are in the same time zone.
