The attached visualization images in the 'Send Email' task are dull, faded and not in a readable form.

The attached visualization images in the 'Send Email' task are dull, faded and not in a readable form.

Consider the below described scenario:

1. Visualization Images are selected as attachments in the 'Send Email' task.
2. But after the execution of the task, some of the attached images in the mail body appear to be very dull, faded not in a readable form.

The below mentioned points needs to be verified and can be one of the cause for the above described issue:

1. Open the analysis file in the Spotfire Analyst. 
2. Check, if any Custom Fonts are used in that particular Visualizations. It might be that some of the visualizations in the dashboard may be using a Custom Font.
3. Ideally some of the custom fonts are very thin, faded and dull in nature.
4. This may cause the image quality issues in these visualization image(s) when attached in the Email Body of the 'Send Email' Task.
5. Also, if the Font itself is very thin and faded then making changes to the height and width pixels may also led to dull and unreadable image(s).
