The tooltip is not visible when the analysis file is viewed in the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player.

If you are not able to see the tooltip in the Web Player then follow the below section.
  For Spotfire 7.0 & below:

1) Login to the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player Server machine and open the Web Player "Web.config" file.
2) In it, search for "analysis showToolTip" and change it to 'analysis showToolTip="True" '.

For Spotfire 7.5 & above:

1) Export the Web Player configuration and open the file-Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Web.config
2) Now search for "showToolTip" in it. Change the value of it to "True".
3) Import the configuration and update the Web Player Service accordingly.
