Problem:

TERR Tools not listed in 'Tools' menu


Solution:

Spotfire Analyst is installed but user is not able to access the TERR Tools option under the 'Tools' drop-down menu Under Tools/Administration Manager confirm that TIBCO Spotfire Extensions is enabled for user group.

Confirm that Spotfire Extensions license is enabled for user group
