Spotfire reports fails to open with "Your spotfire administrator has limited the use of URIs to those in the whitelist for allowed URIs" error.

For Spotfire versions 7.11.1,7.13 and later "Use Whitelist for Allowed URIs" preference is set to true by default.

If the URL's used in 'Image from URL' and 'Web Panel Panel'  have not been specified in the "Whitelist for Allowed URIs" preference the following error 
will be thrown when a report fails to load -

--------------- Use "find-analysis-urls" command in order to check all URL references in .dxp files in the library.

1)Remote desktop to the Spotfire server machine
2)Open an Administrator command prompt and cd to [Server Installation Directory]\tomcat\bin 
3)Run this command 
       config find-analysis-urls c:\test

Here c:\test is the output directory

Then add all the URL's of interest from the resultset of the above command to "Whitelist for Allowed URIs" preference to the respective Spotfire group you intend to or the Everyone Group (all users by default belong to Everyone group).

Open Spotfire Analyst >> Tools Menu >> Administration Manager >> Preferences >> Select the desired group >> Application >> Application Preferences >> Set "Whitelist for Allowed URIs".

Note: If there is a need to disable this feature and allow all URI's, set the "Use Whitelist for Allowed URIs" value to 'False' for the required user group and restart the Spotfire Analyst Client (check the 'Edit Preferences.PNG file for references).
