I am not able to see structures when using the Spotfire Webplayer, but I am able to see them when using the Spotfire Analyst client.

In order to see structures in Web player, you will need to access the Node manager with the original Admin account in order to install the correct version in apps and programs of the following:

1. Current version of ChemDraw ActiveX Enterprise Constant XX.X
2. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable version

Please note: the correct version of these can be found in the installation guide for your particular Tibco Spotfire version Installation guide.
