How do I get the ID for custom shortcuts added in the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst and Webplayer toolbar so that custom toolbar configurations can be stored in the preferences for users/groups by the Spotfire administrator?

For Spotfire analyst and Webplayer version 10.8 and higher:

Step 1: Configure the custom toolbar as desired.

Step 2: To get the IDs for the custom toolbar shortcuts, perform the following steps:

1. Right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize toolbar..." to open the flyout.
2. On the right side of the flyout, click on the vertical three dot icon and choose "Copy toolbar IDs to clipboard".

Step 3: Paste these IDs in ToolbarShortcuts preference on Administrator Manger:

1. Tools > Administration Manager
2. Preferences > Application > ApplicationPreferences > ToolbarShortcuts

NOTE: If toolbar configuration is changed on user's computer, and want to see saved configuration:

1. Right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize toolbar..." to open the flyout.
2. On the right side of the flyout, click on the vertical three dot icon and choose "Reset toolbar".
