Problem:

Wrong hostname displayed for the Spotfire Server in the Admin UI


Solution:

In certain cases, Spotfire Administrators may still see the old hostnames in Spotfire Server Admin UI > Nodes &Services > [Your network] >Spotfire Server .

Rootcause:
If the hostname of the machine that hosts Spotfire Server is changed, Admin UI may still reflect the old hostname. 
  Edit the bootstrap file (either via Spotfire Server configuration tool or manually editing the bootstrap.xml file)  and remove any old hostname entries in the "Server alias" section.Save the file and restart the Spotfire Server Service.
