It may be that the Modules folder that the Spotfire Distribution is pointing to is not updated and hence it is unable to load a particular assembly and causing mismatch.
As a resolution, either try to update the Spotfire Analyst with the latest updates after connecting to the concerned server to ensure that the Modules folder gets updated with the assemblies as present under the Software packages section under the Spotfire Server Deployment & Packages. If that does not help, try re-installing the Analyst client.
