Product: TIBCO Spotfire®

Problem:

Textarea calculated values are not displaying when downloaded/Exported as pdf from the Web Player and Automation Server

Solution:

Textarea calculated values are not displaying in pdf when downloaded/Exported as pdf from Web Player or Automation Server.
This issue may occur due to Wrong Internet explorer version installed on Webplayer Server/Node Manager machine or Automation Service machine. Install supported version of Internet explorer. To check the supported version, refer link : http://support.spotfire.com/sr_spotfire_server712.asp

e.g. For Spotfire 7.12 , Web browser supported are Microsoft Internet Explorer 10, 11.
