Problem:

Automation services "execute on server" option is disabled for users


Solution:

When running automation service task(s) through Spotfire Analyst/Professional client, "Execute on server" option may be disabled for users. “Execute on Server” is enabled after adding the user to “Automation Services Users” group.

Role: Automation Services Users
