How to hide "Recommended visualizations" dialog box option which appears after loading the data in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst.

This article will explain you how to disable/hide "Recommended Visualizations" option automatically for Spotfire user(s) when loading new data in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst. Perform below steps to set preference setting for required Spotfire user group(s) to hide "Recommended visualizations" option automatically when loading new data:

- Login to Spotfire Analyst/client with Administrator privileges.
- Click on Tools -> Administration Manager -> Preferences -> Select the desired' Group -> Expand Application -> ApplicationPreferences-> select 'AutoPopRecommendationsUI' property.
- Set this 'AutoPopRecommendationsUI' property to 'False' and click on OK button.
- Close Spotfire Analyst/client session and relaunch it.
- Load new data and this time it will not show you "Recommended Visualizations" user interface option for the desired user.
