Problem:
Unable to create "New Relations" between tables.
Solution:
If one cannot create new relations between data tables within the "Manage relations" window and the "OK" button is grayed out, follow the steps mentioned in resolution section.
The reason for this issue is due to invalid relation existing.
Browse to "Edit" > "Data Table Properties" > "Relations" > "Manage Relations" window.Now select "All Tables" and deleted the invalid (red highlighted) relations.
After the above step, you should be able to add relations between data tables.
