Unable to open analysis file in Web Player getting ERROR: "The task could not be completed. Unable to open analysis"

After saving an analysis file to the Spotfire library, analysis file opens fine in Spotfire Analyst client  but users are unable to open a file in Web Player. Error  "The task could not be completed. Unable to open analysis".  Refer to the attached screenshot (Filename: WP_File_Open_Error.jpg) of the error while opening the analysis file. You may see the following error in  the Spotfire Web Player log - Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.Debug:

------------------------- This issue may occur if your Spotfire server version and Node Manager version are not same. This may be due to your forgetting to upgrade or install a new Node Manager which is compatible with your installed Spotfire server version. You can follow the steps below to check the Node Manager version at your end:

- Login to Spotfire server URL with Spotfire Administrator user privilege.
- Go to "Nodes & Services".
- Select "Nodes" from drop down.
- Click on all Web Player services under available Node Managers.
- On the right hand side pane, check version of the Web Player service.
