Can the Spotfire desktop client be installed on the Apple Macintosh operating system (Mac OS), or on Linux?


Solution:


No. The Spotfire Desktop Client is a Windows .NET application. This means that it can only be installed on a Microsoft Windows operating system. The System Requirements page for each release of the Spotfire Desktop Client lists the specific versions of Microsoft Windows that are supported for that release.
