Solution:


Steps to configure Spotfire to use a custom URL for GeoAnalytics map charts instead of using the default URL

(http(s)://geoanalytics.tibco.com/service/services-list.json).

Resolution

For the Spotfire Analyst Client/Spotfire Desktop Client:

Click on Tools/Options/Map Chart, set 'Map service URL' to "Custom URL:" and enter desired URL in the designated field.

For the Web Player:

Click on Tools/Administration Manager/Preferences/Everyone, select Map Chart/Map Chart Preferences and enter the desired URL in the designated field. This is stored internally in the DefaultWebMapServiceListUrl setting.
