Spotfire Cloud workgroup administrator is able to log into a Cloud website, but the library folders are not listed.
Spotfire Cloud workgroup administrator is able to log into a Cloud website, but the library folders are not listed.
Changes were made to the back end of the Cloud environment, which now requires that the Admin for the Workgroup invite himself/herself to be an Analyst in that Workgroup in order to have access to the Library folders.
Log into the Cloud website and browse to the "My Team" page. Click on "Invite Users", select "Analyst", then enter your email address. This sends an email inviting you to be an Analyst in the Workgroup. Once this is complete you will get a page confirming this action. You can then browse back to "Analytics" and click on "Shared Folders" to see the folders in your Workgroup.
