Unable to Pivot an information link created from a stored procedure.

When attempting a Pivot transformation in the Conditioning node for an information link, the “Add…” buttons are grayed out.

Steps to recreate the problem:

- Within the Information Designer dialog, create a Procedure element from a database stored procedure.

- Create an Information Link, then add the Procedure element to it.

- Expand the Conditioning node and select Pivot from the radio buttons.

- In the Pivot Conditioning window, the "Add…" buttons are grayed out and you are not able to add any columns.

When attempting a Pivot transformation in the Conditioning node for an information link, the “Add…” buttons are grayed out.

No columns have been defined for the columns of the information link.

To be able to pivot from a stored procedure in the information link, you need to define your Result Columns within the Procedure element. In the Information Designer dialog, select Edit for your Procedure element. Click on "Result Columns" and unclick the "Include all result columns" checkbox, then add the columns you want from the Procedure results. Once you have done this, you can click "Add" in the Pivot Conditioning window.
