Problem:

Is Lead Discovery version 7 CDAX is compatible to work with other Revvity Signals products (ELN, Inventory, Registry, etc..)

 

Solution:

If Revvity Signals ChemDraw ActiveX Const v.13 is installed on the system by the previous versions of Lead Discovery, subsequent installations of Revvity Signals E-Notebook, Registration and Inventory will not work. If these applications need to co-exist with Lead Discovery, ChemDraw ActiveX v.13 should be uninstalled, and ChemDraw ActiveX Const v.14 should be installed on the Server and delivered to clients as required.
