Problem:

I am having trouble with my Advanced Data Services (Data Analytic Server) configuration in getting it to communicate with our Saleforce instance and our Spotfire Server


Solution:

The Composite Information Server comes with a JDBC driver, csjdbc.jar, that needs to be installed to the Spotfire Server installation folder. .

To install it, copy it from the Composite Information Server database driver folder /apps/jdbc/lib/ to the Spotfire Server database driver folder /tomcat/lib..

Restart Spotfire Server and you should be able to see this connector to communicate your DataAnalytic Server.
