Problem:
I have the individual use client or trial where Revvity Signals is hosting the server. How do I install my Spotfire client?
Solution:
After ordering the product, you will receive an email from Revvity Signals with the links to activate the software. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
- In the received email, click on the Download/Access link.
- This will open up a page in your web browser. Select the "Click here to activate your subscription" button.
- Another page will open up asking you to download the installer.
- Run the installation file.
- Go to Start TIBCO and open up the application.
- Enter your email address that you used to register at RevvitySignals.com.
- Enter your password that you used to register at RevvitySignals.com.
- Ensure that the server is pointing to https://spotfire.revvitysignals.com/
Please note: You must log into the server at least once to activate this software or to receive updates. After you have logged in at least once, you will be able to work offline. Also note that if you purchased multiple client licenses, each user will need to click on the link in the email, so they can activate and set up a username and password.
