How can I check if ChemDraw was activated properly using the bulk / Silent method?

To check if the software was activated you can launch ChemDraw after running the Silent activation script, if it doesn't ask for activation then the device was activated properly.

You can also check Help - Activate ChemDraw - More Options - License Details to confirm the code and expiration date.

Unfortunately, there is no local file or Registry Key that will change when the activation is successful, the license is linked to each device's Hard Drive Serial Number/Mac address in our activation servers.
