ChemDraw: I cannot convert Structure to Name and vice versa and I am not able to use the NMR functionality in my ChemDraw Professional for Mac

I cannot convert Structure to Name and vice versa; also I am not able to use the NMR functionality in my ChemDraw Professional for Mac.

These features are present within ChemBioDraw application under the Structure menu. Are the ChemNMR options as well as convert Structure to Name options appear under Structure menu but grayed out (i.e “Predict 1H-NMR Shifts”, “Predict 13CNMR Shifts”, “Convert Name to Structure” and “Convert Structure to Name” options)? If so, please select the entire structure by means of “Lasso” or “Marquee” tool from the main tool bar and select “Predict 1H-NMR Shifts” or “Predict 13CNMR Shifts” or “Convert Structure to Name” from the Structure menu. 

If above does not help, please try the following: 
1. Select Preferences under ChemBioDraw Application menu
2. Click on the Directories tab
3. Confirm that the path at the top of the "ChemDraw Items Location Search Priority" list is the one pointing to the correct ChemDraw Items folder. 

[ChemDraw Items folder path in Mac OSX is 
file://localhost/users/[username]/Documents/ChemDraw 
file://localhost/users/[username]/Documents/ChemBioDraw 

ie. 
Macintosh HD\users\[username]\Documents\ChemDraw (for ChemDraw Professional)
Macintosh HD\users\[username]\Documents\ChemBioDraw (for ChemBioDraw Ultra)
