Problem:
LDAP Synchronization does not trigger for newly added Synchronization schedules
Solution:
LDAP Synchronization does not trigger for newly added schedules and there is no error in the logs for the same.
1. Check if the Synchronization schedule added is in a correct format. For more information on the format check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cron
2. Restart the Spotfire Server Service after adding the new Synchronization schedule.
3. If there are multiple Spotfire Servers in the cluster. It is recommended to re-start all the Spotfire Server services, after importing the new configuration.
