Accessing TIBCO Spotfire Data Science UI fails with an error code "503 Service Unavailable"
The below steps are the possible resolutions for this issue:
1. Look for the diskspace on the Spotfire Data Science server as lack of diskspace might cause this issue.
Make sure that TIBCO Spotfire Data Science server meets the system requirements. Please look for the system requirements in the following document.
2. Restart the TIBCO Spotfire Data Science application on the server.
To restart the TIBCO Spotfire Data Science application, go to command line of the server and run the following commands:
- su - chorus
- chorus_control.sh restart
