Problem:

I’m having an issue with Lead Discovery and BioviaDraw

 

Solution:

Please check your version of BioviaDraw. The latest version Lead Discovery supports BioviaDraw 2018. Biovia no longer provides Revvity Signals with updated versions of BIOVIADraw, and as a result Revvity Signals cannot test or provide updated software that supports their recent versions. If you need to use a more recent version of BioviaDraw, please contact the Biovia Support team. We are happy to work with both you and Biovia to qualify more recent versions of BIOVIADraw, but need your assistance in doing so.
