  1. Extract the contents of the Global Troubleshooting Bundle to folder.
  2. Open the diagnostics.xml file in a text editor.
  3. Search for "<name>server.default</name>"
    • The server.default section would contain the JDBC URL from where we can acquire the database type (SQLServer or oracle), database hostname/ip address along with port and the database / schema name.
