Explanation of "exit code 10" in TIBCO Data Virtualization(ADS/Composite/CIS) when starting/stopping the CIS monitor/server process.

Exit code 10 in CIS 6.x and above denotes MONITOR_NOT_RUNNING. Please go through the resolution section for further details. This exit code represents a normal exit and indicates that the CIS monitor is not running after the command finishes. It is not like the general bash or imperative programming language where 0 generally represents a normal exit. In CIS 7.0, the value of MONITOR_NOT_RUNNING was changed to 0, so if a user works on CIS 7.0, they will see the exit code as 0.
