Problem:
Unable to see the "Prepared report" option in "Export to PDF" from web player
Solution:
When we do export to pdf from analyst, we can see the 'prepared report' option. But, when we try to do the same from web player, we don't see that option. (Refer Attached Filename: Screenshot_1.PNG)
We can create/edit the reports from the analyst client. So to see that option in web player, we need to have at least one prepared report saved in the analysis. The report is available to anyone that has access to the analysis because the report is saved as a part of the analysis.
Follow the below mentioned steps to view that option:
- Open the analysis and click on "Export to PDF" button on the Toolbar.
- Select the "Prepared report" option.
- Create a report according to your requirement and save it. Then close the export to PDF dialog box.
- Save the analysis file to the library. (This step is important because after saving the analysis file, the created report is saved within the analysis)
- Now open that file in web player where you can see the Prepared report option for the created report. (Refer Attached Filename: Screenshot_2_new.jpg)
