Problem:

Export scheduled updates and routing rules from Spotfire Server


Solution:

Importing and exporting routing rules and schedules is supported in TIBCO Spotfire Server (TSS) version 7.11 and higher, however, it's still possible to export rules and schedules starting TSS 7.7
  To export scheduled updates and routing rules run: 

'<Spotfire Server installation>tss\7.x.x\tomcat\bin\config export-rules'
This will create a 'rules.txt' file that can be imported with 'import-rules' command in TSS 7.11 and higher. export-rules
