TIBCO Spotfire Application Data Services for Web Services 6.1.x and lower

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.1.x and any prior releases of TIBCO Spotfire Advanced Data Services (formerly known as TIBCO Spotfire Application Data Services).

This action will take effect on August 2, 2014. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 3 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service packs will not be provided. Please note that TIBCO:s ability to support TIBCO Spotfire Advanced Data Services 6.1 and prior versions during that period is limited, due to Cisco having ended support for Composite Information Server 6.1 and prior versions. For more information, please refer to LBN (Late Breaking News) article 39359, available on the TIBCO Support site.

Service Requests on version 6.1.x and prior will no longer be accepted after August 2, 2014. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, August 2, 2014.
