Is there any control over CPU assignment or engine affinity in Tibco Spotfire's TERR Service and Python Service?

Tibco Spotfire TERR Service (TERRSRV) and Spotfire Python Service (PYSRV) do not provide any control over CPU assignment or engine affinity. Engine affinity setting is only available in Tibco Spotfire Statistics Services.
