Signals Notebook: The status of dragged and dropped document into Signals appliction is "Creating..."

Problem description:

User is having difficulty in printing the experiments and he/she is getting the error "Print to pdf failed". One of the dragged and dropped document is showing the status  'Creating..' and the content of the document is not loaded.

Troubleshooting steps:

A potential root cause is unprocessed content of the document. 

• Re-upload the file that was not loaded;
• Make sure, the file is not corrupted;
• Make sure, the network is stable and working fine; 
• Make sure, the file has supported file type;

• Clear the browser cache and try to upload the file again;

• Open browser incognito mode and upload the file into the app.
