Signals Synergy: Share a CRO Collaboration template with other users from Synergy Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

✔ A Collaboration must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select  [Collaborations]
2️⃣ Collaboration Settings pane ➡ select Template
3️⃣ Fields section ➡ select [close view]
4️⃣ Collaboration section ➡ select [Sharing]
5️⃣ Sharing section ➡ select Users/Groups
6️⃣ Users/Group tab ➡ select Filter by username/group name... ➡ type username/group name ➡ select [plus icon]
7️⃣ Users/Group section ➡ select [permission]

Supporting Knowledge

When sharing, users can decide whether to grant Read, Write, or Full Control access:

• Read – can view but not edit.
• Write – can edit and trash.
• Full Control – any action is available.

A user or group's access can be removed by selecting the [Remove User] next to the   [permission] dropdown.

If a menu is grayed out, then it is unable to be edited.
