† Different status options will be available depending on CRO and Sponsor Admin permissions:
- New: Only accessible to the Sponsor (default status when a Collaboration is created).
- Send: Converts the status from New to Active, sending the Collaboration to the CRO.
- Active: Work Orders can be sent to the CRO, Synergy Experiments may be received from the CRO, and activity tracking takes place.
- Hold: Pauses CRO access to the Collaboration by making it read-only.
- Complete: Removes CRO access to the Collaboration, however the Sponsor may still make changes. Unable to be completed if there are pending Work Orders associated with the Collaboration.
- Reactivate: Allows the Sponsor to reinitiate access to CRO after a hold Status is assigned.
- Closed: The Collaboration is in read-only mode for Sponsors and unavailable for CRO users.
