Signals Notebook: Time zone of the experiment printed to PDF

Timestamps in the printed PDF are provided in an unambiguous ISO 8601 format relative to UTC and regardless of the timezone in which the PDF was printed. Timestamps appear in the printed PDF header along with the Last Signed by, Last Accepted by and Last Rejected by users info as follows:

• When the experiment status=Active (either Open or Re-Opened but not when Sign and Kept Open) or Void then no info on signers appear in the header.
• When the experiment status=Awaiting Review or Signed without Witness, or Active with a Sign and Keep Open then signer info appear in the header.
• When the experiment status=Rejected, then the signer info and the witness (who rejected the experiment) info appear in the header.
• When the experiment status=Accepted, then the signer info and the witness (who accepted the experiment) info appear in the header.
• When the experiment status=Approved, then the signer info appear in the header.
• When the experiment status=Archived, then no info on signers appear in the header.
