Signals Synergy: Define privileges on Work Orders from Synergy Configuration

Privileges available for Work Orders:

• Add Work Orders: Allows the user role to add Work Orders.
• Delete Work Orders and Synergy Experiments: Allows the user role to delete Work Orders and Synergy specific experiments.
• Share Sensitive Properties: Allows the user role to share properties marked Sensitive in Work Orders.
• Send Work Orders: Allows the user role to send Work Orders.
