1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Work Orders]
2️⃣ Work Order Settings pane ➡ select Work Order Types
3️⃣ Work Order Types section ➡ select [Add new type] ➡ type new name
4️⃣ Work Order Types section ➡ double-click [color editor] ➡ select desired color
5️⃣ Work Order Types section ➡ select [Click to hide] to hide
