Description
Users report no longer receiving email notifications when experiments were shared or sent for witnessing.
Solution
- Verify user notification settings: enable the email option for the event "When someone sends me an item to witness" (or equivalent for shared/review items). See screenshot for reference:
- Test by sending a new item for witnessing/sharing to confirm email delivery.
- If emails are still not received, check spam/junk folders.
- Ask IT to whitelist or add to safe senders the address: noreply-srs@revvitycloud.com.
- Ensure no email security filters are blocking the domain revvitycloud.com.
