| 6️⃣ Sharing ➡ Users/Group tab ➡ select Filter by username/group name... ➡ type username/group name ➡ select | |
| 7️⃣Sharing ➡ Users/Group section ➡ select |
Supporting Knowledge
Note: When sharing, admins can decide whether to grant Read, Write, or Full Control access:
- Read – can view but not edit.
- Write – can edit and trash.
- Full Control – any action is available.
A user or group's access can be removed by clicking the [Remove User] next to the
[permissions] dropdown.
If a menu is grayed out, then it is unable to be edited.
