Signals Synergy: Edit the allocated licenses for a CRO from Synergy Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ A CRO must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select  [Licenses]
2️⃣ CRO Licenses ➡ type desired number of Licenses Allocated for CRO
3️⃣ CRO Licenses ➡ select [Save]

Supporting Knowledge

Note: If more licenses than allowed are allocated, or if already assigned licenses are removed upon saving, a warning will be displayed and the save will not be allowed by the system. 

Licenses can also be modified from the CRO Users page. The number of licenses allocated can be modified, as described above, and the users to whom licenses are assigned can also be adjusted.
