Release Announcement – Biotech Bundle 1.6

Revvity Signal’s Biotech Bundle provides advanced scientific data analysis tools essential for developing both small molecule and biologics-based therapies. It is a bundled solution of existing products designed for small companies needing extensive Spotfire capabilities; it includes Spotfire Server, Spotfire Analyst, Spotfire Web Player Service, and Lead Discovery Premium.  

Biotech Bundle 1.6 adds support for the Spotfire 14.6 LTS and introduces a broad set of new visualization and enhancements through ChemCharts 4.12. This release includes Spotfire 14.6 LTS and Lead Discovery Premium 3.7

• Spotfire 14.6 LTS Support
• ChemCharts 4.12, including:  
• New visualizations: Cluster Card, Kinome, Manual Sequence Alignment
• New biopolymer data functions: Antibody, Nanobody, and Protein data functions for Structure Prediction, Relative Accessible Surface Area, Developability, and Dashboarding
• New chemistry search & structure tools: Quick Structure Search, and structure search improvements including normalization prior to matching and tautomer bond matching.
• New HELM capabilities: HELM Matched Molecular Pairs, BILN-to-HELM conversion, HELM-to-monomer extraction, HELM graph search, monomer library export to data table, use of a data table as an alternative to monomer library, and custom color and shape rules for HELM structures.
• Updates to GenBank data functions: Extract sequence from GenBank, Embed GenBank, and Extract GenBank Features (which replaces the deprecated Extract GenBank Regions data function)
• Visualization rendering enhancements: Support for double and triple bonds in biomolecule and molecule viewers, optional suppression of atom labels in small RDKit depictions, and SVG support in Embed Images data function.
• Table, export, and usability improvements: Smart cells in form-based visualizations, number and color formatting in Excel export from table visualizations, automatic scientific notation formatting for very small numbers, Gallery visualization export to PDF, and filter/shadow column indicators.
• KNIME connector for integrating KNIME workflows into ChemCharts Data Functions 
• View Only ChemCharts mode
• Updated Structure Editor with ChemDraw JS 26.1  
• Support for MDL RXN Format 
• Various bugs addressed
