Signals Notebook: Some System Group Names Not Displayed in Security Policy, Shown as "Inaccessible: group: 'Number'" Instead

Symptom:
When viewing the System Security Policy with an account other than System Admin, some System Groups may be displayed in the following format instead of their names: Inaccessible: group: 'groupId' 

Cause:
This behavior is expected. It occurs when the accessing user does not have the System Admin role and does not have any permissions for the target System Group.
 

Resolution:
If you need to view the Security Policy content accurately, including the System Group names, it is recommended to check using a System Admin account.
