Supporting Knowledge
The Field Name label cannot be edited, but the Attribute type can be set to Free Text or assigned to a Numeric Sequence attribute. The Numeric Sequence attribute is the recommended method so that Idea names are kept uniform across the platform. The Numeric Sequence Attribute can only be configured by a System Administrator unless the privilege has been granted to the Synergy Sponsor Administrator to create System Attributes.
